Trident Telecom結業了

想當年Trident是我在GA第一個幾乎由零開始去動手做的billing project,還記得那些OT趕寫program、執數和跟客戶周旋的日子。那時我還是一名入世未深的黃毛小子,處事不是太成熟 (還有coding是很爛吧),領的薪水也毫不理想。

但無可否認,那是我工作中最快樂的時候,和同事的關係也最密切,這些同事都是能交心的,真的能做朋友,大概因為大家都經驗尚淺,沒太多戒心。同team的有一位到現在我仍然覺得是最合拍的搭檔,還有一個相信是"絕後"的大好人上司,別的team雖然沒甚麼合作機會,但都是很好相處,沒有甚麼人事鬥爭。這些人、這些事,都教我懷念。

Trident的結業,大概是跟我現在的公司結束合作關係開始的,看了有種說不出的感覺,也有點唏噓...

Notice of Cessation of Business

From September 1, 2009 all operations of Trident Telecom Ventures Ltd. have ceased and arrangements have been made to relinquish its MVNO license shortly. The company will maintain its customer service and number porting facilities up to September 5, 2009. Any inquiries after this date will not be entertained. Any remaining customers who wish to port out their numbers, or to register for refund should do so now in accordance with the previous announcements.

親愛的客戶 通匯電訊有限公司現正式發出以下結業通告. 本公司於2009年9月1日結束所有業務, 並會於日內把有關業務牌照交還電訊管理局. 本公司目前仍提供有限度客戶服務和手提電話號碼攜號轉臺服務(即MNP服務)直至2009年9月5日,該日後將不會受理任何有關查詢和服務. 仍未辦攜號轉臺服務或需登記退款之客戶請按較早前之通告從速辦理.

SERVICE DISCONTINUATION AND REFUND ARRANGEMENT NOTICE

Dear Customers

We regret to announce that all efforts to resume our mobile services have failed and this is a formal notice of service discontinuation. All remaining customers should now make their own efforts to either migrate their numbers to any other mobile networks in Hong Kong, or to register for refund according to the previous announcement.

Operator assisted customer services will also discontinue from April 1, 2009. However, the “machine answered” hotlines and email accounts will continue to operate to take refund registration, until further notice.

Customers should be patient, as refunds shall be handled in accordance with legal procedures which are both restrictive and time consuming

Both English and Chinese versions will be published in the website: www.ttv.com.hk on April 1, 2009, and similar voice announcements will be played in the customer service hotline.

服務中斷及退款安排通知

親愛的客戶

謹因本公司所有恢復的技術方案都無效,而正式宣佈移動服務業以結束。
所有現存客戶都應立刻攜號碼轉台或根據以前的通告進行退款登記。
由09年4月1日起,有人接聽的客戶熱線亦會停止。而自動熱線和電郵系統仍繼續使用,直至另行通知。
因法律手續關係,實際退款的安排是有限制和有延遲的,敬希原諒。

1. 請致電21211812,或電郵refund@ttv.com.hk 登記:提供閣下Trident手機號碼,姓名和聯絡電話。
2. 本公司職員仍維持為客戶進行攜號碼轉台服務。

Service Resumption Update and Prepayment Refund Arrangement Notice
Dear Customers,
We regret to announce that all efforts to resume our services in the past two months have failed and there is an increasing likelihood that the resumption may prove to be impossible in our current final attempts.
Effective immediately, until further notice, we will operate the following customer services to assist our activated customers whose services have been suspended:
1. Please call 21211812 or email to refund@ttv.com.hk to register your refund request quoting your Trident mobile number and leaving your name and current phone number for future contacts.
2. We will continue to entertain requests to port-out your Trident mobile number to another mobile service operator.

由於本公司與電訊盈科的互連合約將於2008年12月1日經協議終止,本公司的移動服務將於12月2日起暫停。本公司將與其他電訊商互連,
並進行系統升級,預計服務將於2009年1月恢復,屆時再通知客戶,已確認的戶口餘額亦可續用。 任何客戶如有查詢,

NOTICE
By mutual consent our interconnection agreement with PCCW Mobile will cease on December 1, 2008 at 23:59. Our mobile service will cease from December 2, 2008.
Work is now underway to interconnect with another network, and to perform system upgrade. Service is expected to resume in January 2009 when further notice will be given.
All unused account balances will remain valid.
